    Description

    Scrimshaw bolo tie with leather cord and antler tips. The condition is new. I purchased the bolo tie in Skagway, Alaska in the mid 1980s and stored it away. It has never been worn. The scrimshaw piece measures 2 1/2" high x 1 1/2" wide and was signed by artist with the initials FM. The bolo necklace measures 18” from the top to bottom with the scrimshaw carved eskimo as the central feature. This is a beautiful example of scrimshaw. Please see my pictures. The bolo is in excellent condition. Upon purchase your scrimshaw bolo tie will be wrapped in tissue paper, bagged in a protective bag, wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box USPS First Class Mail.
