    wonderful antique Pueblo Tesuque pottery Maiz god figure it is over 100+ years)The Tesuque community of NM was forced to relocate to Tesuque (very near Sante Fe) when driven from their historic home by the Spanish in the 1600s. The Tesque were one of three primary makers of fine painted pottery in the 18th & 19th century.
