For Dri-eaz DefendAir 500 Air scrubber HEPA Filter for model F284- 1 Each. Has plastic frame/housing around 0.3 micron filter medium. Stops anything at .30 micron in the air traveling through the air scrubber. Looks just like and acts just like the branded 0 Dri-eaz HEPA filter The only difference is a paper tag on the outside plastic housing that is a label with the name and model number on it I have had them side-by-side and could not tell the difference except looking for that tag.
These have been time tested by me and the hundreds of people that purchase them from me. Tested again and again by me on fire restorations, flood restorations, mold remediation’s and they continue to work just as well if not better then the Dri-Eaz branded filter and the janatized HEPA FILTER that is like this filter a non OEM filter for the Dri Eaz air scrubber
Is definitely better priced and works as well as the 0 aluminum housed hepa filter.
I use these in all my Dri-Eaz 500 Defend Air Negative air Handler air scrubbers and they fit perfectly and the same as the branded version.
From looking at this filter compared to the branded filter I can see no difference between the two. If the label stating brand name and model number was removed from the branded filter you couldn’t tell the difference.
